Beef liver
The nutrient-dense Uruguayan beef liver comes from our Hereford or Angus cattle fed on pasture. Iron, vitamin A, vitamin B12, and folate are just a few of the many important vitamins and minerals that are abundant in this beef offal. Even while our skilled butchers recognize the strong taste and slightly gritty texture of cow liver, it’s nevertheless a flexible element in many different types of cooking. Its rich, earthy flavor may be subdued using various cooking techniques, and its rich, reddish-brown hue gives a rustic touch to meals.
